Everything here is email. There is no account system, no support portal, and no chat widget, because none of those would be honest on a site that does not ask you to sign in. Write to support@quickdoc.tools and a person reads it.
What to Send
A figure here is wrong or out of date
This is the message we most want to get. Tell us the page, the number as it appears, and the official source you are reading. Every figure on the site carries a source and a checked date, so a correction usually resolves to one of three things: we misread the source, the source changed, or the checked date has run past the refresh window.
A generator is missing a field your situation needs
Name the document and the field, and say what the field is for. Most of the specificity on this site came from requests like that. Fields get added when they change what the finished document proves, not because a form looks emptier without them.
A document type is missing entirely
Tell us what you are trying to produce and who asks you for it. Some categories are permanently out of scope, listed below, and no request will move them.
Something is broken
A total that does not add up, a print layout that clips, a page that will not load. Include the browser and, if it is a math problem, the numbers you typed. Computation bugs go to the front of the queue because the arithmetic is the product.
What to Expect Back
Corrections to a published figure are handled first, because a wrong number that stays up is worse than a page that never existed. Document requests get an honest yes or no rather than a holding reply. If a request is out of scope you will be told which rule it runs into.
The Correction Policy
When a figure changes we update the page, update the checked date, and update the source line. When a figure was wrong rather than merely stale, we say so on the page rather than editing quietly. Reference tables carry a refresh cadence, and a table that runs past its cadence is pulled from display until it has been rechecked, because stale official data reads more authoritative than it deserves to. The methodology page sets out how each figure gets checked in the first place.
What We Will Not Build
Some documents are permanently out of scope because the realistic use is fraud rather than record-keeping: pay stubs, medical receipts, and hotel, taxi, and parking receipts. These are not on a backlog. Requests for them are declined, and the answer does not change with the explanation attached.
Privacy, Since You Are About to Email Us
Nothing you type into a generator is uploaded or stored, so we cannot see your document and cannot recover one for you. If you want us to look at a rendering problem, describe it or send a screenshot with your own details removed. Do not paste customer names, card numbers, or anything else you would not want in an inbox. Our privacy page covers the rest.
Other Ways In
If you are trying to find something rather than report something, the generator index lists every document on the site with a line on what each one solves, and the guides cover the rules behind the paperwork. About QuickDoc explains who builds this.
